We’re an Alberta-owned company that does one thing: we buy land, for cash, across this province. Not houses, not condos, not flips. Land.

We’re based out of the Edmonton and Calgary areas, but our work takes us everywhere from the irrigation country around Lethbridge to bush quarters north of Cold Lake. We’ve walked quarter sections in a February wind and stood on city infill lots in July heat. We get it, land is personal, and selling it usually comes with a story.

Why We Only Buy Land

Vacant land is the property everyone else forgets about. Realtors would rather list a house, because a house sells in weeks and a bare quarter can sit for a year. Banks are cautious lending on it, which knocks out most buyers before they start. Meanwhile the owner keeps paying property taxes on something they may not have visited in a decade.

That gap is where we work. Because land is all we do, we can look at a parcel and move quickly, title, zoning, access, market, without needing a lender’s blessing or a season of showings. What We Stand For

We’re not going to fill this page with mission statements. Here’s how we actually operate:

• Straight answers. If we can’t buy your land, or if your land is worth more on the open market than we can pay, we’ll tell you. It happens, and we’d rather lose a deal than earn a bad reputation in a province where word travels.
• No pressure. Our offers are no-obligation and we don’t do countdown clocks or follow-up campaigns. Take the offer to your lawyer, your accountant, your kids. Decide when you’re ready.
• Close on your timeline. Every sale closes through an Alberta real estate lawyer and the land titles system, the proper way. Need it done in three weeks? We can usually do that. Need to wait until after harvest, or until the estate clears probate? That works too.
• As-is means as-is. Old fence, derelict granary, overgrown lot, unpaid taxes, we’ve bought through all of it. You don’t clean up a thing.

City lots in Calgary and Edmonton, commuter-belt parcels around Airdrie and Sherwood Park, farmland near Camrose and Brooks, lake lots at Sylvan Lake, and industrial ground up in Grande Prairie. Counties, MDs, summer villages, if it has an Alberta land title, we’re interested.

A lot of the owners we buy from don’t live here anymore. If you’re in BC, Ontario, or overseas and holding Alberta land, the whole thing can be handled remotely through your lawyer. You never need to make the trip.
